Titanium Valley SEZ will discuss long-term possibilities for development of industrial sites as part of the Innoprom 2014 business program
Titanium Valley SEZ, together with the Association of Industrial Parks in partnership with the Urals Federal University, will organize an international conference on “Vectors for the development of industrial sites in changing global market conditions”

The first part of the event will be devoted to discussion of best practices in creating industrial parks in BRIKS, АPR and East European countries. The experts’ task is to define key aspects for increasing the competitiveness of Russian industrial parks and special economic zones, and also to define the need for creating additional elements for building innovative and industrial chains.

Among the speakers who have expressed an interest in the discussion are experts with globally known names – Ivao Ohasi, adviser to the Industrial Parks Association for Japan and APR countries (Japan), Eichi Yumoto, adviser to the Mayor of Haiphong on business and investments, the Director General of Nomura Haiphong Industrial Park (Japan), and Yukka-Pekka Uuskoski, Vice-President for Business Development in Russia of the YIT Group (Finland).

The moderators of the meeting will be Denis Zhuravsky, Executive Director of the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia, and Artemy Kyzlasov, Director General of Titanium Valley SEZ.

In the second part of the conference, ways of developing regional innovative eco-systems will be discussed. Specifically, experts will assess the potential of existing facilities – the Urals university technopolis, technical and industrial parks, the special economic zone – and will also define the mechanism for running an effective regional eco-system capable of providing the required conditions for the development of intellectual industry in Russia.
