As part of the Innoprom 2014 exhibition, the Titanium Valley SEZ together with its partners organized a lecture for students.

The realities of the labor market and the level of graduates’ theoretical and practical preparation through modern education, and the job search strategy for young specialists – these and many other useful matters were discussed by participants at the meeting.
Vasily Agafonov, Deputy Head of Vocational Training and Vocational Guidance Activities at the Department of Labor and Population Employment in Sverdlovsk region, told participants about the labor market dynamics in Sverdlovsk region, and pointed to the recently witnessed growth in demand for engineering vacancies.
Elena Avramenko, assistant to the Pro-rector of the Urals Federal University, analyzed the readiness of university graduates to solve practical tasks.
In his report, Director for Personnel and Organizational Design of the Interregional Distributive Grid Company of Urals OJSC, Vladimir Matyuk, gave examples of how students’ knowledge is adapted in the company and how they are growing their professional competence, as well as the opportunities for raising the profile of the department at the Urals Federal University.
Anastasia Kabinova, head of the Urals HeadHunter Company press service, offered future graduates a good amount of practical advice and services, which will help the graduate find his/her future job.
