The special economic zone is some sort of an oasis for foreign companies. Here they don’t encounter corruption and long consideration times to get business permits. Being a managing company we function as a buffer between those who want it fast and well and the Russian reality. The zone has a federal status, and any company possessing the status of a SEZ resident is protected against unfavorable changes in the Russian legislation.
By now all the major project works have almost been completed. So, we are able to commence building processes. Some facilities are already being built. The infrastructure on the site provides residents with the opportunity to fulfill their construction projects. At the same time we are beginning to place tenders for major construction works.
